Our company Dong Qiao Consulting was founded in 2018 as a specialized personnel consulting and placement agency with the aim of recruiting and placing nursing staff from the People's Republic of China for German healthcare facilities. At the turn of the year from 2021 to 2022, the conversion and change of name to Dong Qiao Consulting Management Company took place, which now holds a stake in MTG Move to Germany, which was founded in 2021. The Dong Qiao Consulting Management Company has taken over the administration of MTG.
The administrative separation into Dong Qiao Consulting on the one hand and MTG Move to Germany on the other also reflects the focus and specialization of one company on international business consulting and services and the other on international personnel consulting and placement. It promotes the professionalism and growth of both divisions. MTG Move to Germany has now significantly expanded its recruitment activities and personnel consulting to other countries, sectors and services around the globe.
While the aim of the Dong Qiao Consulting Management Company is now the acquisition and management of shareholdings as well as taking over the management of commercial partnerships. In addition, one of the main areas of responsibility of Dong Qiao Consulting is the strategic development of new markets, services and products as well as the associated founding of new companies.

In addition, he worked as a lecturer and examiner in an international German-Chinese master’s course MA Chinese-European Economics and Business Studies and organized the international student exchange. This valuable professional experience in international business with China is crucial for the successful consulting services he provides. Frank is the company's managing director and executive partner.
